Located in downtown Portland, a fairly dangerous place recently, but overall hotel quality is OK, bed is comfy.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Very close to good restaurants (Indian & Italian), walking distance. Close to Target and CVS too. The Hotel in general is well maintained, modern and clean. In addition, the bedding is extremely comfortable and a well thought out room layout. I appreciated the mini fridge, ironing board and state of the art iron. These small details made my experience very pleasant. Also, the gym was very clean too. Highly recommended this hotel!

Very good. It's a wonderful travel

The hotel facility is good overall but the service is not as good as we expected. The hotel room was prepaid but Hyatt did not update their system to show it was paid. They go back and forth and finally trip.com had to call and clarify with them.

Clean and cozy

Industrial style, parking can only be valet. In the city center, there is a pork chop sandwich shop in the back that is quite delicious.

No, early checkin is very troublesome, and the location is not bad, valet parking seems to be around 50/day.

Overall it's pretty good

Poor cost performance, just a fast fashion and convenient hotel, not a star hotel

Great place to stay, nice hotel especially for the price and in a good area. Staff was exceptional.
