Chocolates are given at turndown and a bottle of porter is given at welcome. The front desk service is average. The girls in the afternoon class are better than the ones in the morning class.

An obvious first class hotel. The room was exceptionally appointed and very spacious. The bathroom was stunning with all marble, separate water closet, shower and double sink vanity. Two closets for hanging and multiple drawers. Very quiet when windows were closed but opened to get the Porto city vibe, when desired. Great location and easily walkable to river or around town. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel team was gracious and helpful. The gym was small but had everything you needed to maintain some workout routine on vacation! We didn't enjoy the spa but toured it, including the indoor pool, and it was beautiful. The bar was cozy for a pre-evening drink and the staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel as it will make your Porto experience one to remember!

We stayed in the Wine and Books Hotel for Seven nights .The Hotel should be rated 7* .We have travelled worldwide and this is by far the best Hotel we have stayed in .The staff are very special , working as an excellent team to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Camilla and Soraia on the front desk and to the food and beverage manager and all the restaurant and housekeeping staff for excellent Service which went above and beyond what we expected...Nothing is too much trouble for this excellent team. The room was quiet and comfortable and the food and breakfast is the best we ate in Porto. We truly felt we were leaving good friends by the time we left .Thank you all for a truly great stay. When you come to Porto, be sure to book your accommodation here! The location is not bad and the cleanliness of the facility is very good! The guy who was so nice when I checked in spoke well and gave me a welcome drink? Same wine? I gave it to you and it was so delicious!! They didn't put up a room cleaning sign, so I just got a towel and tried to go back in, but they cleaned the room while we were out and eating! And they also brought me a towel... I'm sorry ㅠㅠ But I was so thankful that they treated me so kindly! I am happy that I had really good memories and a good accommodation during my second trip to Porto!! Highly recommended!! Other apps are a bit expensive, but Trip offers a discount, so I got it for 150,000 won for 2 nights!!

Stayed 4 nights upon arriving in Porto. For a 3 star hotel the property is very clean and quiet. Check in was easy. Rooms are clean and offer a closet with a safe, a kettle and tea/coffee service, a small fridge that is stocked but still room to put a beer, wine bottle or water bottle in to chill. Several outlets but no usb ports. Bathroom has a bidet. Shower had good water pressure. It’s actually a tub/shower combination. Only thing missing was wash cloth. Didn’t get one in either of my Portugal hotels. The breakfast is outstanding, Starts at 7. Several options from eggs to pancakes, side dishes, so many fresh breads, cereal, fancy coffee machine, fresh juices. There is also a bar at the hotel but we didn’t visit it. Next door is a 3 store mall with a full service American size grocery store to buy water, snacks, wine etc. at very affordable prices. One block away is the Mercado Bom Success, an upscale food court. We ate dinner there twice. The hotel is in an area called Villa Nova so a 30 to 40 minute walk from the historical center. The metro is 10 to 15 minutes away, Casa de Musical stop, which will take you to the historical center in 15 minutes. I would stay here again if ever in Porto.

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Porto for 2 nights recently as part of a work trip. The hotel is in a good location, about 10 mins drive from the airport. There are a few small shops and bars / restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice, a great size and come with all the usual amenities that you'd expect from such a hotel. I ate in the bar on each night, the food was great and very good value for money. The service provided by the 2 bartenders was also great! I'll be back again in early summer and would recommend to anyone looking for a good hotel in Porto.

Hotel is centrally located to many of the POI within the city. The room is squeaky clean and nice comfortable bed. TV have many international channels including CCTV and English movie channels. Breakfast is available at 10 Euros but we didn't took the option as there are many breakfast outlets in Porto.

I was supposed to stay in Hotel Internacional in Porto, but for some reason they lost my reservation but still did a great job in rebooking me to a different hotel, so I ended up in Pao de Acucar hotel which was one block away, same street. So they were expecting me, it was a very quick check in, thought the room wasn’t ready till 1400, but was actually ready sooner. Staff was great, friendly and accommodating, then they gave me an upgrade because of the inconvenience, I think from the part of Hotel Internacional, room was very clean, bathroom was superb. And I had a free breakfast, which food choices were delicious continental kind. Hotel was centrally located, was close to a very popular restaurant, just steps away, and very close to the main downtown area, so basically I would book this hotel again, as I only did stay there for 1 night. Great job guys! I’m very thankful.

The staff is amazing, from reception to the restaurant they were all amazingly friendly and attentive. I must say that last year i was served by Carla Teixeira and this year when i went down for breakfast, was served again by this amazing lady. She has the most positive attitude and is very helpful with everyone, i ve asked her for a recommendation where to get a birthday cake made for the same day and she gave the best recommendation.

I stayed at Porto for 10 nights at 10 o'clock on the first night and was satisfied. Just on the boulevard, take the subway and get off at the airport for 10 minutes. It is an older house, it feels very strong, the bottom of the building is high, and the heating and hot water is satisfactory. I don't mind the ladder at the door. Breakfast is good. There are a lot of foods to eat alongside, there are cheap restaurants, kebab pizza shops, McDonald's and so on. A junction is at the San Bento train station. About 300rmb is worth a night.

The macdonalds make the best kebab I eat. And near the Vaccum we eat the best French girl of my life. Not even canelas's close. We paid EUR 50 two people, but it was worth it. We bought the hydrant on the Skin Of Angels.19.90 website. The hotel was very good and we were walking on the river and the metro in the palm tree.
