It's a lovely place for 2 nights stay. The hotel is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff texted me before my arrival to provide passcode for self check in. Free mini bar with mineral water, chips, cookies, fruit juices was great! Just to note that located slightly off the main tourist attractions, around 20min walk away. Me and husband don't mind walking a bit so we recommend this place!

Superior experience stay in porto. Lucky to be here and will definitely be back again.
Great service team, complete check-in procedures and good and fast communication. The room is very beautiful and the attentive service ~ the location is also very convenient. I am very lucky and happy that I chose this hotel! :)

We were very happy to stay here. Very hip accomodation. Good location! 25m from a busstop (601) to the airport. The ventilation unit should/could work A bit harder, as we experienced some 'mist' and semi-moist-clothing after A shower. Furthermore, 👍

Great location with easy accessibility to the olde city & waterfront restaurants.
Lovely comfortably decorated apar**ent on a noisy street. Strangely Coffee/ espresso & tea machine was located in stairwell between 2nd & 3rd floors; hence guests had to exit their suites to get a hot drink! A kettle / offer machine in ea h apar**ent would raise the standard rating dramatically !

We had the best experience at Utopian! Sandra, the Manager, was super accommodating and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. The rooms were super clean and exactly as pictured in the photos (though a little smaller, but nothing that prohibited comfort) and the bathroom was incredibly spacious and well-lit. The hotel is also very conveniently located and we were able to walk to most of the things we wanted to do.

What a great find those places! An old building that has been refurbished, and a most excellent and caring way. We ended up having two different rooms and we’re just thrilled with both of them so nicely appointed and I always have to say that I am very happy when I find a hotel that offers a make up mirror sounds like a little thing, but it isn’t at my age! The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Clean. Luxury bed and bedding. Great shower with lots of hot water. Nice touch on free snacks. We’re on ground floor and it was pretty noisy with the front door automatically slamming shut and people coming and going but hotel provided ear plugs and we slept really well.
