整體的服務水準很好，櫃檯人員很客氣房間也很舒適，地點雖然車站稍微有一點距離，基本上走路都會到，整體感覺非常好，早餐非常好吃

Came here for the fc porto vs ****nal match in the champions league. Was good location near metro station and cafes are nearby. Rooms are very modern and the shower was top notch

The hotel is rather well located, even if not in the very center; but it's better, calmer too. The bedding is perfect, comfortable; coffee, kettle, mini-bar is very good. The buffet breakfast is excellent and full of choice; The staff is very friendly; the only downside of the stay was the air conditioning which did not work despite our daily notification; it was 25 degrees in the room! And not everything has been done to resolve this problem; it's a shame.

It was very clean and you felt comfortable. The staff were all very nice. You could reach the city center on foot within 10 minutes. Great stay!

Twin room was spacious enough with nice bathroom where I was surprised to find toothpaste and toothbrush. The minus: AC that can not be adjusted and not well isolated windows, only one elevator. The street is preaty busy and can wake you up easily. A big go for breakfast, it was fresh and very tastefull, one of the best we’ve had in a 4* hotel. Htl well located, nice walk to the center. From the airport NO need for the taxi as metro goes directly to near M station and 5 min walk to the hotel.
