Porto Old Town – Tourism Apartments

Very well located. Close to everything, right in the center of Porto. I loved the hospitality of the gentleman at reception, very willing and kind.

The distance from the airport to the last station to the hotel was close. There is a lift so it was easy to move luggage and the staff was friendly. Complimentary bottled water and Porto wine are provided. Tableware and necessary kitchen tools are provided for simple cooking, and there is also a refrigerator, so there is no inconvenience in preparing food. However, the biggest drawback was that there was no hair dryer, so I had no choice but to experience the inconvenience associated with it. I explained that we did not have a separate hair dryer because people often bring a hair dryer, but I would like to suggest what it would be like to have an installation type hair dryer. It was a good stay except for this point.

We spent the Easter holidays staying in a studio and we have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. Spacious room, sofa bed area also large (normally when you open the sofa there is usually little space left, but this was not the case, with the sofa open, there was still a good passage area), large bathroom... To put a few drawbacks, The closet is small for four people (we were two adults and two children), since inside is the thermos and a safe. It has a small bar with four hangers and a chest of drawers with two drawers. The bedside tables in the room also have a large drawer. But if you go in winter, just with the coats you already occupy the four hangers. It has a ceramic hob, microwave with grill and convention, sink with all the necessary cleaning supplies, mini fridge, pans, plates, glasses... The bathroom has gel, shampoo, shower cap and bar of soap. The towels are very large and soft. Daily cleaning service. Welcome gift: a 50cl bottle of water for each guest in the refrigerator and a small bottle of port wine for adults. As soon as we arrived they gave us a map of the city where they marked the location and the main attractions; a card with the WiFi key and the assistance telephone numbers for when there is no one at reception and, then, they accompanied us to the studio to explain everything to us personally. Tamara was the only one we dealt with during our stay and she was always attentive and helpful. On the day of our departure, we left the suitcase in their care until our departure, since the study must be left at 11:00. Before our arrival, we also exchanged messages with Leo to answer questions and he was always very attentive and helpful.

This is a clean and very well located accommodation. It is connected to the airport and bus terminal by subway, and all major tourist attractions are within walking distance.

We were welcomed very well at this property by the boy at the reception who, after showing us the apar**ent, gave us advice on what to visit, where to go for a good-priced, typical Portuguese meal and to hear the Fado!. Spacious, clean and well-kept apar**ent. Bottle of Port, produced by them, available and free in the apar**ent. Close to the Pizza Celeste facility where you can have excellent and rich breakfasts! Convenient structure to paid public parking, the metro and supermarkets. Apar**ent located in the central area! Highly recommended!
