The property owner / manager never provided us with the address of the rental. We paid and were never provided with check in info. They also failed to provide a refund. Total scam. Avoid this rental at all cost. Wasted an entire day of our vacation and cost us hundreds of dollars. Worst experience renting an apartment that we have ever had.

Le seul endroit où nous pouvions voir le Douro.etait un espace e de 3 m2 pas du tout ce que nous avions vu sur les photos Le reste de l appartement/ couloir sombre avec une cuisine aveugle C était tellement déprimant que nous ne sommes pas restés La propriétaire ( toujours par whatsap).n à voulu faire aucune concession Aucun.accueil tout par whatsap N.arruvez pas en.voiture c est impossible mais non.precise et le bruit est terrifiant si.on.ouvre la fenêtre Quand les commentaires disaient fabuleux ce devait être de fauxcommentaires Vous trouverez dans Porto.des hôtels charmants à des prix bien.inferieurs avec accueil confort lumière et silence Donc A EVITER

Amazing place to get to know Porto. Super clean, new, spotless! Central we could walk to everywhere! Hosts are super nice and responsive any time. Highly recommended. Just missed a wash machine for washing the family clothes, everything else amazing!
