HOTEL VINCCI BONJARDIM

We stayed at the Hotel Vincci Bonjardim during our trip to Porto and we couldn't be more satisfied. Everything was excellent: the attention of the staff, the quality of the breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms. From our arrival, we felt welcome. They were always willing to help us with any questions or requests, making our stay very pleasant. Additionally, the staff was very loving towards our son, especially María C., which made us feel even more comfortable and welcome. The breakfast was one of the best we have had on our travels: varied, abundant and with fresh, high-quality products. The cleanliness of the hotel also deserves a special mention, with rooms and common areas spotless. One detail that surprised us was that during my birthday, the hotel surprised us with a cake and a greeting card in our room. It was a special gesture that made my day unforgettable. In addition, our son was given a notebook to paint as a farewell gift, courtesy of the hotel director, Vânia Araújo. We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers visiting Porto, whether as a couple or with children. Our experience was perfect and we will definitely return in the future. A total success! Very brave!

A pleasant surprise! From the decoration to the wonderful rooftop! The hotel is wonderful. To be perfect, I would change two things: more vegan/vegetarian food options, especially at breakfast and all rooms should have a window that opens to let in the northern air.

Friendly staff, very nice room, well equipped, the bed was just a dream and the bathroom was extremely clean, all the joints, glass door, perfect. I have rarely stayed in such a central new hotel. 👌🏻🙌🏻

Uma boa,agradavel e tranquila estadia. Na recepção, a super simpática Joana deu as boas vindas e tivemos o privilégio de conhecer a sua directora, a tambem simpática e atenciosa Vania. O quarto estava muito bem arrumado, limpo e bem decorado a insonorização e o conforto do colchão fizeram que a estadia fosse muito boa..O pequeno almoço é super completo e diversificado,adorei. O roof top ,tem uma piscina e um bar com uma vista da cidade ,a não perder. Tenciono voltar e sentir novamente o prazer do bom acolhimento deste excelente hotel no Porto.

¡Ha sido una estancia deliciosa! Sobre todo gracias al interés del personal del hotel por dar el mejor servicio posible, por atender cada solicitud con la mayor prontitud, siempre con una sonrisa. Todos estuvieron super serviciales y atentos, pero menciono los nombres que recuerdo: Joanna y Bruno en recepción, y María, Camila y Francisco en cafetería/restaurante. Por lo demás, la ubicación del hotel es fantástica, muy cerquita de la Avda Aliados, del Mercado del Bolhao y de la estación de metro de Trinidade. Ese tramo de calle no es muy lucido, pero el hotel es una preciosidad, moderno y acogedor. Las habitaciones son amplias y comodísimas, con cama 2x2, donde duermes como un lirón, con un baño espléndido, con todos los productos imaginables y estantes, repisas y ganchos para que sea práctico 100%. ¡Y ducha fácil de usar, que con nuestra edad se agradece mucho ;-)! El desayuno es el típico de Vincci: muchísima variedad, con muchos productos locales y muy muy rico. Y en la última planta tienen una terraza con una pequeña piscina, donde se está de maravilla, muy tranquilo y con buenas vistas. Comimos allí un par de veces y todo buenísimo, con una pequeña espera para el primer plato. En resumen, un hotel impecable, comodísimo, con un servicio de 10.
