A great hotel in the center of Porto. Fantastic location. Staff very friendly. I booked a private room but since room was not available they upgraded me to a suite which was nice. Room was spacious and clean. Room service came everyday and cleaned it up. Highly recommend the place. Price was reasonable.

The location is good, u can basically get anywhere by walking. Mind that the WiFi isn't so easy to connect when ur inside those rooms that r bit far from the reception

The overall experience is okay, and the price of the room is very cost-effective. The bed was very soft and comfortable. There is also a bar on the roof for tourists to relax and entertain. However, the humidity in the room is relatively high and I feel that the hotel’s dehumidification measures are not adequate.
