Very clean, charming, careful decoration, great location, very comfortable beds, option to store suitcases after check out, they help you with anything you need, apartment with everything you need, Nespresso detail, infusions, designer water bottle, a small chill out in the attic. Studio with balcony 7.

The location is great and in the downtown of Porto . Communication before and after check in were great. We stayed in Appartment no 6 which is facing demolished building and small street . Please note there is no Air Condition in the apartment. Our appointment was facing south so sun direct all day long which is really great if there is an AC . Without the AC the temperature inside the apartment was near 30C in the 3rd week in Sep so not sure how about mid of summer. We had to open the doors to keep the room temperature be around 20 C but the noise and drunk people fighting and screaming all night was intolerable . We decided to leave after two nights and book a hotel . The host provided a new fan upon request after check in but unfortunately it was very load even at lowest speed ( more an industrial fan for us in Canada ).

I reserved an apartment, they did not send me the access codes or show up at the property, at nine o'clock at night that I had agreed with them to arrive. Result: two hours on a cold January night in the street, calling some telephones where an answering machine always appears, even today. At midnight we had to find another place to sleep. Neighbors comment that it happens many times. GREAT CARE
