位置方便，周邊吃的很好多，去地旅遊旺區近，所以選了這家，裝修精緻，但唯一要看清楚主樓和公寓的分別，公寓會帶你去對面馬路的另一個地址，非網上所賣的地點，必須注意。

What to say about this amazing stay - they kindly upgraded us so we stayed at the hotel instead of the apartments. We were welcomed with drinks, a chat with the staff and a nice tour to the library whilst they took our stuff to our room - the staff were so friendly and and just made the stay really chilled. We booked a walking tour through the Hotel and Franscisco Lopes who was our tour guide was awesome, very knowledgeable, patient and gave us some great recommendations! Overall we had a great time, we were only there for a weekend but Porto is lovely and the Torel 1884 Suites made everything just perfect!

Every member of staff at Torel 1884 were lovely, from the warm welcome, to our checkout.
They couldn't do more and took real pride in thier work.
Great building, great location, amazing staff and hospitality.

The customer service from the staff was great. I wouldn’t book this place again because when I was booking we selected elevator. We checked in the lovely hotel and was taken across 3 mins to the apartment. This was a up hill walk for approximately 3 minutes. The apartment has no elevator, so f you have luggage well it’s 20 steps to the first floor. One of the staff had to take our cases back to the hotel when we checked out. When we booked I found this to be very deceiving because no mention was made that the apartment did not have an elevator.

This is a stunning boutique hotel in an old building in the heart of Porto. Our room was huge and extremely comfortable with an exceptional view. The staff were amazing and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Price was very reasonable.

I was struggling to believe all the many five star reviews before we went but it’s true this place is amazing. It’s just designed and built with thought and passion, its staff are energetic, friendly and helpful, the food was really good… it all just clicks. Lots of places at home in the UK charge international prices for outdated crap. This was a breath of fresh air. … oh and talking to the hotel by what’s app during your trip is definitely the way forward!
