My Story Apartments Porto - Santa Catarina

First of all, the location was great, and the room condition was pretty good. There are some disappointing parts, but I am very satisfied for the price.

Bien situé mais bruit d unite de clim exterieure traversant le double vitrage. appart donnant à l arriere du bâtiment.. A la suite nous avons dormi sur le canapet lit (salon moins bruillant) en laissant la chambre a coucher vide. Matelas canapet moins confortable de plus , grosses taches de ? Sg vomis café transpiration? Voir photo nous avons demandé des explications aucune réponse. Tres déçus d autant plus que le prix n etait pas du bas de game au Portugal.

It is an accommodation that is designed to rob tourists. It is NOT a person. It is the company or whoever manages it that set up a theft system. READ OPINIONS ON GOOGLE PLEASE. And I'm sure there are people who were robbed but didn't realize it because they didn't count all the money at the time and continue traveling. They told us that you had to put up a sign for them to make your room and otherwise they wouldn't enter. We did not leave the sign and when the theft was reported, and after delaying 3 days, they told us that they saw on the cameras that they went in to fix the curtain that was not working. First point, the curtain was still not working when we left. Second, they never told us that they were going to enter the apartment. Third, they did not inform us that they entered, not even when we made the complaint but after we asked them to check the cameras. Who comes in to steal with cameras in the hallways? again READ OPINIONS ON GOOGLE. It is systematic and put together by the company or whoever directs it. They admitted to us that they entered the room when we did not ask for it and they did not notify us. It seems that in Portugal you can enter a busy apartment to make supposed arrangements without notifying the guests. I had never heard it before. And best of all, they admit that they entered the room, but since there are no cameras inside, they cannot attest that they robbed us. But again we were not the only ones. They also entered another room, opened the suitcases but found no money. And whoever claims to be the manager pretends not to understand. That is why I maintain that it is the company that has put together a plan to rob passengers. The other option is that we and the other guests from other countries have agreed to make false reports... Would it be good if they explained to us how we reported a theft without knowing that someone had entered the room? We were lucky it seems... Because the room was not cleaned, and they did not warn us that someone was going to enter or did... that is, we reported the robbery and right on the cameras you can see that someone entered... strange that we are not only dishonest and waste our vacation time on false accusations, but we are also magicians...

I stayed in one of the apartments with my family and I must say it was a wonderful experience. Very welcoming and spotless apartment. The girl who takes care of the reception is a very polite person with very nice manners. In the heart of Porto in one of the streets that is part of the things to visit in Porto. Everything within reach, we took the Tramway only once but just to live this experience, otherwise always on foot. Highly recommended.

Located in a pedestrian area (very central and close to an area accessible by any means of transport), the apartment (1st floor) is excellently soundproofed and welcoming. Good cleanliness, comfortable bed, exceptional welcome from Paula!
