This is a family-run hotel with an excellent location. The service attitude of the father and son is excellent, and it feels like going home. The restaurant next to the hotel is a retro-style specialty restaurant. There are fado and jazz piano performances in the afternoon and evening. The service is warm, the price is not expensive, and the taste is great! We'll be there every night! A hundred meters walk is the famous Harry Potter Bookstore, and other attractions are not far away on foot. It’s a great travel and accommodation experience!

It is a hotel for "a traveler passing through", for a short stay. Save some accommodation costs during your stay in Porto, since it includes a basic breakfast and is close to the most touristic places. But if, on the other hand, your idea is to rest and enjoy the facilities, it would not be the one chosen, the noise at night does not let you rest and the hotel staff will not do anything to remedy it (they do not have the means). Porto is beautiful.

Painful. A shower that you can barely fit in. The pipes smell like they stink, you complain and they leave you an air freshener. Bad breakfast: coffee maker out for 3 days. They take our things to reception without WARNING. HOW DO THEY DARE TO TOUCH OUR BACKPACKS? We warned that we would stop by before 12 to pick up our things. It is rated with 3 stars... it is not even halfway there. The trips I take are with *******...but this time the accommodation has been disappointing and I am left short. I have photos of the room
