Lovely hotel in Porto. What made it for me was the rooftop area and the bar service on the 8th floor, it was so calming and peaceful. Little things let this stay down for me however, in particular house keeping. I was there for a total of 5 nights and twice I had to go ask for more water and towels. They didn't replenish coffee, or even change the dirty coffee mugs for clean ones. As I say just the things you would expect. Location was good, but not fantastic for being right in the life of things without hilly climbs.

The staff is very nice and good service. The hotel locates at mid-level that it may not suit for kid and senior.

The person at reception are super sweet and friendly. Nice location, clean and big rooms. Complete value for money.

Ideal location in the city center. Impeccable service, very friendly and available staff. Great breakfast. Rooftop terrace/bar with impressive view. Only downside: the bathroom had probably suffered from a flood and the door could not be closed. To fix! We will happily come back.

The hotel service was incredible, very good breakfast, the room was super good, the bed super comfortable and the bathroom was large. It is very well located. I walked everywhere and it didn't take long.

When you come to Porto, be sure to book your accommodation here! The location is not bad and the cleanliness of the facility is very good! The guy who was so nice when I checked in spoke well and gave me a welcome drink? Same wine? I gave it to you and it was so delicious!! They didn't put up a room cleaning sign, so I just got a towel and tried to go back in, but they cleaned the room while we were out and eating! And they also brought me a towel...
