Hotel muy céntrico, personal muy atento, el desayuno mejorable pero cumple con lo justo. Muy buena opción para aloj**** tres días. Camas confortables, bien climatizadas. La única nota disconforme que nos cobraron un impuesto que no sabíamos.

Hard to find entrance. Lobby and breakfast area one and the same. Staff lugged our suitcases up 6 flights of stairs. Insist on staff doing the same for you. Staff spoke english and helpful. Included breakfast was Continental at best. Room spacious and bath towels were bath sheets, nice!

Meest vriendelijke en behulpzame receptioniste die ik ooit ervaarde. Heel centraal gelegen, weinig tot geen last van straatlawaai. Ook metro station ligt op wandelafstand, 800 meter. De ganse dag staan er koekjes en pastel de nata die je zomaar mag nemen.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cale Guest House. The room was lovely and big and also very light. We had a small balcony at the front of the building. The staff were fantastic , all very friendly and helpful. They did a great job with the breakfast which was very good. I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Porto.

Klein leuk hotel centraal gelegen in Porto. Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst met veel uitleg en glaasje port. Ruime kamers met goede bedden en badkamer. Airco aanwezig maar geen lift. Water en koekjes op de kamer. Ontbijt perfect. Veel keuze uit lekkere verse producten. Verse jus d’orange. En yoghurt. Prima koffie. Bij thuiskomst s’avonds stonden er ook nog broodjes klaar.

The place is not close to the main areas, but it’s not bad with an Uber ride. There is no sign, but easily recognized due to it’s red brick exterior. Staff were AMAZING and helpful and the area out back was nice to sit in with a glass of local wine. The basic room is VERY small with no chairs. The bathroom is beautiful, but the shower is not functional due to its small size. You literally can’t wash yourself without opening the glass door. I understand that we paid for a basic room, but with the price, I would have expected something bigger. There is also no coffee pot or water in the room. The room has a small fridge that has water and a few drinks for 2 euros each.
Overall, it’s a beautiful property and the staff are an asset.
