Well located for wandering around Porto. friendly and informative staff. Internally, elegantly decorated throughout .Lovely breakfast with an extensive range of hot and cold food available to suit most tastes. ideal stop for a city break.

The Superior Suite was perfect for our family of three, including a teenager. The hotel has charming, classy rooms and has many instagrammable spots on property including the grand staircase. The room had many mirrors and modern bathroom while maintaining an old world aesthetic + charm too. Great customer service. It's a well situated location for walking everywhere we wanted to go. Breakfast spread in the restaurant Blind was fantastic and included sparkling white wine, freshly squeezed juices, and made to order eggs and pancake/waffle items. Only downside was our room had a generous balcony but no worthwhile view. No parking, but that didn't affect us.

Un accueil chaleureux, un personnel très serviable, des chambres magnifiques et un excellent petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Porto ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied.La pâtisserie de l'hôtel est excellente pour une petite pause plaisir et le lieu très beau offre un service raffiné .

This is a absolutely beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful (we got 2 excellent restaurant recommendations from the concierge who also helped arrange for vegan meal options at those restaurants) and was otherwise attentive to all of our needs without being overbearing. This was a truly positive experience - you won't be disappointed if you stay at the Torel Palace on your visit to Porto.
