Hotel very well located to walk to all places and not only that, to go to the beach for example by Uber only €4!
We will repeat without a doubt...
The staff, the little we knew, was great, there was a guy with a beard and the truth is that he treated us fantastically!!

Wir stellen am 1. & 2. Tag folgendes fest (was die Reception weiss): Fahrer wurde frühzeitig bei der Reception bestellt, kam uns aber nicht abholen, d.h. wir mussten ein Taxi nehmen. Eine Erklärung für diese zugesicherte Leistung haben wir nicht erhalten. Fragen zu einer neuen Sehenswürdigkeit konnte die Reception nicht beantworten; wir sollen selber & auf gut Glück dorthin gehen... Beim Duschen wechselt warmes & kaltes Wasser, die Dusch-Halterung an der Wand ist lose, der Duschkopf fällt auf meine Zehen, der grosse Nagel bricht. Trotz Aufforderung wird die Halterung nicht repariert, wir befestigen den Dusch-Kopf mit einem Klettverschluss. Frühstück kostet zusätzlich 14 Euro p.P., das Buffet entspricht nicht diesem hohen Preis. Wir zahlen 238 Euro pro Nacht, sind 1 km vom Zentrum entfernt (an einer lärmigen Hauptstrasse) & das Hotel wird mit 4.5 Sternen beworben, was zu hoch ist.

Nos alojamos en un hotel muy céntrico, decorado con exquisito gusto. La recepción fue profesional y amable, y la habitación (203) era amplia, impecablemente limpia. El servicio de todos los trabajadores del hotel fue excepcional, ¡un 10 sobre 5! Estuvimos allí durante el puente de Mayo de 2024 y sin duda volveremos en el futuro. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable!

Fell in love with the hotel as soon as I entered. The tranquil aroma throughout the hotel gives a relaxing vibe. Rooms are specious and modern. The colours are a spot on. An excellent selection of gluten free breakfast. Could have easily stayed a week or longer.
