The hotel is in a great location, with a bar at the door and all attractions within walking distance. The room is very nice and tidy, and the breakfast is also good.

Zeer centraal gelegen hotel met een mooi kader en een aangename ontbijtruimte. Iedereen zeer vriendelijk in het hotel. Er is tevens een restaurant in het hotel met een zeer mooie en ruime kaart. Gelogeerd in een double kamer als single use en was tot mijn verbazing zeer ruim. 5 dagen gelogeerd en alle dagen verse lakens en hoofdkussen overtrek gekregen.

Hotel é excelente, o café da manhã é maravilhoso. O único problema é o banheiro que, embora esteja novo, o projeto é bem ruim, não tem privacidade nenhuma, é uma ginástica arrumar um lugar pra colocar a toalha de chão.

Excellent location, walking distance from the train station (São Bento). Attentive staff. Room isn't well it and the bathroom lacks space to lay out or hang your stuff. Also, one more mirror in the room would be useful.

We stayed in the audience hotel for three nights. The rooms are large and well appointed with comfortable beds. The hotel is walking distance to many things, which was very helpful since the traffic in the area was horrible and would have taken a long for a taxi or uber to get to our hotel due to subway construction. The breakfast at the hotel has a good selection. The ambiance at the bar was not so great, but a good place to have a drink and relax after a day of walking through the city.
