Muy bien ubicado a metros de centro histórico y atracciones. Limpio, personal atento, habitaciones espaciosas. Desayuno correcto. Difícil estacionamiento! Apropiado mayores no así niños. Mucha escalera! Lo eligiría nuevamente pediría habitción al jardín.

excellent hotel bien situé en plein centre de Porto et paradoxalement très au calme . l'accueil est chaleureux et la propreté des locaux est remarquable , les chambres sont spacieuses et le (grand ) lit confortable, petit bémol les ustensiles de cuisine sont limités et réduit au minimum ,les chambres sont disposées sur plusieurs niveaux bien espacés , le petit déjeuner situé dans une salle magnifique est parfait, c'est bon et il y a vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour démarrer une belle journée de visite a porto .Nous pouvons acceder a l'hotel par une petite rue en haut (rue vittoria) ou par une rue piétonne en bas (rue flores) il y a aussi une petite salle de gym et des bains turcs , c'est vraiment un havre de paix et de repos que l'on apprécie après une randonnée dans la magnifique ville de Porto , nous recommandons evidemment sans réserve et vanterons cet établissement aux futurs visiteurs

We stayed 4 nights at the Oca Vitoria in Porto. If you are booking, the Oca Vitoria and the Oca Flores are two sides of the same hotel complex with the check in desk on the Flores side. If you get dropped off at the Vitoria entrance you will encounter a large mostly empty room. There is a phone with no instructions that will help you contact the front desk. The room we were assigned was well equipped and very spacious with a full kitchen. We thought it was worth the premium price we paid. We had only two issues, it was advertised as a studio with a view of the cathedral but there was no view, and the beds were very hard. We booked the breakfast buffet which involved seating in a beautiful high-ceilinged room. The breakfast had variety but no changes day to day. The food in the covered 'heated' containers was cold on 2 of 3 days. Great coffee and fresh fruit. Desk staff were helpful, friendly, and fluent in English. This is a lovely property in a great location and could be a 5 with some attention to detail and better beds.

Très bel hôtel 4 étoiles idéalement situé au centre historique de Porto. L’accès se fait par la rua da Flores (commerçante et très animée) ou par la rua da Vitoria. L’accueil est irréprochable et digne d’un très bel hôtel. Nous avons réservé un studio triple et avons eu la très jolie surprise d’être surclassé en studio deluxe. Notre studio était situé dans le bâtiment en retrait du côté de la rua da Vitoria donc très au calme. La propreté de la chambre est absolument irréprochable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes sont également changées quotidiennement. Lorsqu’on appelle la réception pour le moindre problème ils se déplacent tout de suite pour le résoudre. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et varié. Salade de fruits frais et jus d’orange frais. Nous voyageons beaucoup et avons fait beaucoup d’hôtels mais là nous ne trouvons rien à redire. À réserver les yeux fermés.
