They were very attentive from early check-in to check-out and kindly explained tourist attractions for me who came alone!!! The facilities were clean and the room service hamburgers were delicious :)

The room was large and comfortable. There are TV apps such as YouTube and Netflix, but for some reason I can't see them.
It was a shame that all the staff members were not able to do their jobs and didn't have a smile on their faces.

The room is clean and the location is good. It is only a few kilometers away from the riverside city center. It is very cheap to take a taxi (Bolt) and you can reach San Bento within 5 euros. There are also shopping malls, large supermarkets and food courts next to it, with a wide variety of food. . However, I booked a room for three people through this platform. When I arrived, the counter told me that I had only booked a room for two people and asked for compensation for the price difference. Finally, after several rounds of communication, the solution was resolved. Hope that communication between the platform and the hotel can be improved.

There are not many styles of breakfast food, but the quality of the food is good, and the temperature and freshness are maintained, which meets the price expectations. The hotel staff are friendly and will try to help as much as possible. There is a supermarket within 2 minutes' walk of the hotel, and a large food court.
It takes 8-10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the metro station, or 5 minutes to the bus station. It takes about 12 minutes to take Uber from the hotel to the city center. The security around the hotel is also good, so the location of the hotel is very good.
