Hotel very well located in Porto. Good service! Excellent breakfast. The room is a bit small, but European standard. Small bathroom box space.

The most amazing hotel, it has been a wonderful experience. This hotel goes the extra mile, the rooms, food and staff are all without doubt the very best. I can honestly say it is one of the very best hotels I have ever stayed in. Special mention to Mafalda who booked restaurants and excursions for us, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so very much. When we are next in Porto we know where we will stay.

My husband and I where so happy with the hotel location , it is very close to everything you can even cross the bridge to Gaia the staff very friendly and the breakfast a plus . They also offer lunch and dinner . Walk right out to a very lively street filled with stores , food , souvenirs and attractions .

Sehr gute zentrale Lage, alles wesentliche zu Fuss erreichbar, ansonsten Bus und Metro in unmittelbarer Nähe. Grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr nettes Personal. Bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut. Ideal für einen mehrtägigen Städtetripp.

Een prachtig hotel met een ideale ligging om Porto te bezoeken. Wij hadden een topkamer, met zicht op de binnenkoer, en als zodanig geen enkel probleem met straat rumoer. De intichting is werkelijk prachtig. Personeel is supervriendelijk.

Beautiful property. Close to all the attractions of Porto. Can walk to great restaurants and to Wine Caves on the other side of the river at Villanova de Gaia.

Lovely hotel in super location. Room was smallish, with a nice bed. Typical breakfast for 4 star in Portugal. It is on a pedestrian street, which is nice, but makes getting in a bit more difficult. We really did expect a bigger room based on the Pestana website, so a bit disappointed. Helpful staff

The Pestana on Rua das Flores is exceptionally well placed for sight seeing and restaurants. It's a boutique Hotel on very busy pedestrian Street. There is never a dull moment on Rua das Flores, it did however feel quite high end and safe. The Superior Plus room was beautifully decorated and modern but very small and cramped, the bathroom was good. We stayed for five nights and could have done with more space. The bed, while quite firm was good sized, probably too big for the room. I had to walk sideways between the Bed and wall to get to the bathroom! There was only space for one bedside locker and one chair between the two of us.! Spending any waking time in the room was quite uncomfortable. The breakfast was an average continental style buffet with limited hot food, nothing made to order. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, mainly because of the very convenient location.
