Hotel very well located in Porto. Good service! Excellent breakfast. The room is a bit small, but European standard. Small bathroom box space.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the old town and provides a great base from which to explore. Although the area is busy during the day and evening, it was quiet at night. The hotel ws beautifully presented with well appointed rooms and lovely, helpful staff. Nothing not to like!

The check-in staff, lounge bar staff, cleaning staff and restaurant/breakfast room employees were all wonderful! They made our stay magical; they were so attentive, considerate and genuinely happy to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will be returning for sure!

Excelente ubicación. El hotel muy bien, sus instalaciones, limpieza, el personal muy amable y desayuno normal y en relación a lo que pagas. Cerca de las principales atracciones del Porto histórico y de estaciones de metro y transporte público.

I wanted so much to give this hotel 5 stars, unfortunately I have to give it 3.
It is beautifully furnished, the spa is great, and the staff are great, however the sound proofing is terrible.
Our last night we got no sleep due to people being loud above us, we moved room and then had more noise beside us.
It looks like it was recently refurbished, however no attention was giving to sound proofing, as you can hear conversation word for word between rooms.
If this were fixed it would be an excellent hotel.

Nous y sommes allés en famille, un peu au hasard, car nous recherchions un hôtel dans le centre. EXTRA!, l'hôtel est très beau, propre, silencieux et idéalement situé au cœur de la ville dans une rue piétonne où l'on trouve beaucoup de restos et petits commerces. Le personnel est très agréable, professionnel et aux petits soins. Les chambres sont jolies, propres et bien décorées et les lits sont confortables. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est extra, il n'y a que l'embarras du choix, sucré et salé, tout y est et est très bon. Je recommande cet établissement. Merci

The location - amazing! The rooms and bathrooms - simply exquisite! And quiet, too! We loved hanging out on our balcony every night - such a lovely view And the staff is just as wonderful! Breakfast was also good in the morning - and a great a**osphere, too! Thank you!

Sehr gut gelegen mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ein schönes ruhiges Flair. Frühstück war super und due Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Das schönste ist aber wie schon gesagt die Lage mitten in der Altstadt
