Hotel is easy to reach as it is very close to Trindade Train Station. It is just a few minutes walk from the station.
All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s still early to check in but they offer to keep our luggage so we can have a tour before checking in.
Most of the interesting places that we want to visit are all within a walking distance from the hotel. It’s in the city center and looking for food is not a problem at all.
We had a wonderful time in Porto and really recommend this hotel.

A comfortable hotel located in the north of the downtown area. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Great morning buffet breakfast available and free coffee and tea available 24 hours. We had a room looking onto a new building but also to the street below from the 4th floor. Room space is small by N. American standards but you're not there to spend time in your room. Bathroom shower was quite large. Found room to be a little drafty but not a problem. Beds in Portugal are not as soft as I am used to. Cleaning staff are prompt and efficient. Lots of nearby cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Downhill walk to Sao Bento station which is central to city. 8 minute walk to the Mercado which is a must for markets. Walking distance to Super Bock Arena and park. A definite place to recommend to future visitors. If you want o be right in the heart of the city, go somewhere closer to downtown and riverfront but be prepared to be in a busier, noisier location with less taxi and vehicle access.

Sicuramente un hotel consigliabile, sia per la posizione (piuttosto centrale, in una zona trafficata ma con una eccezionale insonorizzazione delle stanze), sia per la cortesia del personale che per la pulizia in generale. Non posso dare il massimo dei punteggi per le stanze un po' anguste e soprattutto per gli orari delle pulizie delle stanze stesse; scordatevi, dopo pranzo, di fare un breve riposino in camera perchè il personale non arriva a pulire prima delle 15-16... Buona la colazione

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel situé proche du centre-ville historique et des transports en communs. Idéal pour découvrir la ville à pied. Notre chambre était au calme, nous y avons très bien dormi (petit bémol tout de même pour le rideau qui laissait entrer pas mal de lumière). Le petit-déjeuner était très complet et très bon. Et le personnel était très aimable. Bref, nous recommandons totalement cet hôtel :)

En primer lugar dar las gracias a Inés de recepción un encanto de persona nos hizo sentirnos como en casa, muchas gracias. El hotel esta muy bien en todo desayuno excepcional, solo un pero el parking, un poco pequeño y difícil de entrar y salir, por lo demás un hotel para repetir, y me vuelvo a repetir muchas gracias INES.

The staff is courteous and helpful, even go above and beyond. Rooms are cozy. Wish they had coffee maker in the room, but the machines in the dining room have good choices for coffee lovers. Only minus points are that they did not provide bath towels for 2 people and the shower is kind of puny .

En dos días no nos limpiaron habitación.Desde las 8h hasta las 15:30 dejamos en puerta que hicieran la habitación,así los dos días.Creemos que es tiempo suficiente.Una lástima que nos haya decepcionado.En cambio resto personal y desayuno muy bien
