This is one of six hotels on the street - you don't which hotel you will be in until you arrive.
Bad
The AC in the rooms is poor - we changed rooms twice and the lowest it would go to (after many hours) was 24 deg C. Sweaty sleeping.
No loungers at the beach (as advertised in the listing) unless you want to play a daily fee. Should be included for hotel guests.
Ridiculous sign in (security) for indoor pools (each person must have their own room card and also sign out with it.
Multi gendered change room for pools does not work - needs separate change rooms for privacy.

Ormai da diversi anni trascorriamo una settimana di relax e coccole presso l'Hotel Riviera. Albergo pulito, ben organizzato, personale cordiale e disponibile. Molto comodo perchè dalla camera si può scendere in accappatoio direttamente alle piscine di acqua calda o al centro massaggi Wai Tai (assolutamente da provare..). Abbondante colazione e cena. Poi ci sono diverse camminate da poter fare per aggiungere una nota di spensieratezza. Da consigliare.

Premetto che alloggio in questo Hotel 3 volte l'anno e da diversi anni, quindi la mia opinione è senz'altro positiva. Le camere sono moderne, pulite, un po' piccoline ma non manca nulla. Il personale è molto cortese e gentile, la colazione e la cena sono a buffet e c'è un'ampia scelta di cibi. Nella hall dell'albergo ci sono i due ingressi al Centro Wai Thai e alle Piscine. Il Centro Wai Thai è stupendo, il personale tailandese è molto preparato e professionale, è davvero un'oasi di pace e relax, io lo adoro. Poi c'è un complesso di 6 piscine (2 idromassaggio, 2 grandi, 1 piccola per bambini, 1 esterna con un bel terrazzo dove poter prendere anche il sole). I trattamenti al Centro Wai Thai ovviamente sono a pagamento, mentre l'ingresso alle piscine è completamente gratuito per gli ospiti dell'albergo; si può scendere direttamente dalla camera con costume, accappatoio e ciabatte. L'hotel è situato proprio davanti al mare ed il panorama è davvero bello.

Riviera gruppo life class Personale molto gentile, colazione intercontinentale abbondante e varia, piscine e piccole terme+sauna. Parcheggio molto distante, 3/4cento metro. Parcheggio aperto non custodito. Accesso con sbarra, che si apre con una card che danno in reception. Un po’ macchinoso. Camera con vista aperta su mare, silenziosa. Decisamente in centro

ottimo hotel con le terme che si raggiungono dalla camera con l'ascensore colazione abbondante e ottima consiglio le camere angolari che sono molto più spaziose il sauna park è da provare ci tornerei sicuramente per un pò di relax

Molto peggiorato termosifoni pieni di polvere trascurate e sporche meglio gli altri hotel della catena sicuramente più in ordine e nuovi per rapporto qualità prezzo. Il riviera è un 4 stelle e i prezzi non sono proprio economici ci vorrebbe qualche ritocco è più attenzione
