Surround by many restaurants and shops , free parking lot , but i dont like hotel’s management . Send me wrong room number which someone already in the room . Just said sorry , cause staff’s error?!??.

Staff is very nice, good serviced minded and helpful. He cares customers so much and take care well. Information we need is well given. Hotel's location is great with view point view. It is so amazing to wake up and see Sun Rise behind mountains by room' s window. Room is very cozy with good bedding and full of facilities in room.

Pas de petit déjeuner, ni sur place, ni à proximité. Entrée exigüe, pas d'endroit commun. Chambre correcte mais sans vue et le ménage n'est pas fait : les poubelles ne sont pas vidées. Salle de bain étroite. Les bouilloires en plastique sont à fuir, on n'a pas pu les utiliser une seule fois...

Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia per due notti, autorizzando un pagamento di 120 GBP. Ci rendiamo conto in seguito che ci hanno scalato, oltre ai 120 pounds, ulteriori 35 pounds senza alcuna autorizzazione. Dopo varie richieste di spiegazioni, alla fine ci dicono che è stato un loro errore e che ci avrebbero rimborsato i 35 pounds, circa 41 euro. Ma dopo una settimana viene effettuato un rimborso soltanto parziale di 25 pounds. Chiediamo spiegazioni ma la chat viene da loro bloccata. Oltretutto, leggo da altre recensioni che non è la prima volta che fanno questi "errori". Stanza piccola, zero sicurezza: chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare.
