Maitei Posadas Hotel & Resort

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel car situé à mins de 2 km de l'aéroport et nous avons eu tout faux! - L'accueil a été souriant, mais difficultés d'échanger en anglais surtout quand il a fallu obtenir que le prix en USD (déjà assez élevé) qui nous avait été confirmé par mail à la commande soit appliqué. Ils ont commencé à vouloir nous surfacturer d'environ 30% sans explication, cela a fini à + 5% !!! - Chambre mal équipée (1 seule prise de courant), en mauvais état, exiguë. literie passable, - Accès piscine impossible car prise d'assaut par des dizaines d'enfants - Bar avec peu de choix et assez cher, - Restauration avec décoration stalinienne, très bruyant, une carte limitée aux prix très élevés, des portions mini avec des produits sans gout - petit déjeuner buffet avec choix limité (une seule charcuterie, 2 fromages, pas d’œufs...) et produits "industriels" sans gout, - pour finir, l'hôtel ne proposant pas de navette pour l'aéroport, nous avions réservé un taxi pour prendre notre avion. Heureusement que nous avions pris une marge confortable car après 3/4h d'attente et plusieurs relance au desk, le taxi n'était toujours pas là. En urgence un autre client nos a appelé un "Uber" qui est venu dans les 5mn et qui pour a pris la moitié du prix demandé par le taxi sponsorisé par l'hôtel !!!

Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento! No guarda relacion precio/calidad. Nos hospedamos con dos niños! Vidrios rotos en los pasillos, la bañera sucia. Las toallas medio rotas! El estacionamiento sin techar. Lo unico que destaco es q el personal es amable y tienen guardavidas en la pileta!

Good structure, but abandoned, the rooms are great, the hotel seems to have few employees, part of the gym is abandoned, the pool had to be cleaned, the breakfast is very regular, the location is far from the center, the price is reasonable

We have stayed on several occasions. He highlighted the cleanliness, comfort of the beds, quality of the linen and the good treatment of the staff. Good bar service and delicious food. It is noteworthy that the hotel is recovering and emerging from the post-pandemic crisis like others. Soon it will be the same as it was a few years ago or even better.

I liked the hotel in general regarding all the services, especially the friendliness of the staff. It is approximately 500 meters from the Posadas airport and far from the city center.

The person who made the website must be given the Oscar and the Pullitzer. Great vibe and attention from the employees. The place is very run down in every way, defective facilities, it must have been abandoned for 20 years. The photos do not reflect the place. I'm not coming back.
