The staff were amazing and friendly! Janine was a ray of sunshine at the front desk.
I really recommend this hotel and will be staying in it if I ever come back to Potsdam.

I booked a room for 5 nights based on the good reviews and the good website. I left straight away. The bed was saggy, the seating was worn and uncomfortable. I could have had a different room, but it wasn't any better. Even for 2 stars at that price, that's unacceptable.

Great value for money (was in the back building "Bed and Breakfast" without elevator). Single room was an apar**ent with lots of space, good mattress and large bathroom. Absolutely peaceful sleep and only a few meters from the pedestrian zone and the tram.
Small drawback: WiFi was rather weak on the 3rd floor and it would have been great to have at least a glass, a cup and maybe even a kettle in the large but completely empty kitchenette. I'd be happy to come back.

A bit run down and shabby, the room was very large, seemed rather cold and uncomfortable and the beds were small and therefore not very comfortable. The accommodation was OK for one night. We chose it because of the good location.

Very centrally located accommodation in Potsdam. Parking in the Luisenplatz underground car park. Brandenburg Gate and shopping mile on the doorstep. Also Sanssouci Palace. Everything was fine!
