"Previous: This written evaluation was discussed personally with the lady at the reception, who took note of the problem and wanted to transmit it. We stayed from 05.09. to 06.09. in the youth hostel and received a 4-Bett-Zimmer (2. OG, Zi. 354) with bathroom (shower) & WC. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed as regards cleanliness/hygiene/cleanness and condition. First of all, we received a muffle smell, especially in the WC & bathroom. The shower wall was broken/broken, the tiles/fug in the shower cabin was dirty/shame, the heat body was drunk. In the toilet the tile was full of urine sprays & hair. The washing basin was unfortunately not clean. Otherwise the entrance/sleep room was very dust, especially the high bedroom and floor floors = not to ignore since it was safely no longer cleaned. Three of the four night lamps went and turned on several times, one of them was unfortunately not working. Although it is “only” a youth hostel, hygiene/cleanness should be the A&O, as everywhere."

"Very good breakfast. Good location. Parking is inside of hotel, but limit spots(8). Parking on the street (hotel front door), is free from ~6pm-8am. Other time will be 1.5 € ／hour."

"The apartment was spacious, modern and clean without a hair. The location was unslaughterable, and the staff was accessible around the hour to answer questions. It was a perfect combination of luxury and convenience. I look forward to Potsdam in summer!"

"Four things were okay, everything else was dire. Okay were: the basic furnishing, hygiene, coffee available, and the one worker (or owner?) whom I met was pleasant, amiable, helpful. Dire were: (i) the arrival (at 10pm no one is present, I hadn't been informed, I was lucky that I could find the phone nr and eventually told how to get a key; there were banging noises all night from the heating pipes (even though it was during a heatwave); the walls are thin as cardboard, when the guy in the next room had a shower I could hear everything; the price is a complete rip-off (I paid £410 for 4 nights - yet this is just a hostel, not a hotel at all)."
