GGuest UserDespite a short stay, everything has been perfectly suited. The run is largely automated, but works absolutely smoothly. Very friendly staff. Most pleasant: the small, nice cafe in the hotel – ideal for a relaxed breakfast. I'd like to see you again.

GGuest UserReception wasn't so good. A young receptionist, chewing gum with her mouth open, managed to force out a hello and then handed over the room key without explanation. We've received a friendlier welcome.
Breakfast was good.
Room was clean.
The stairwells are not for use except at the reception. Therefore, the walks are very long.

LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

GGuest UserThe room was tiny for 3 people. It looked much bigger in the pictures. We even had to remove the swing due to lack of space. The furniture is dated. No kettle, tea, coffee, etc., and no minibar. I wasn't happy with it. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating after I complained. If I had paid €290 instead of €125, I would have left the hotel immediately. That's my opinion of the place. Everyone has to decide for themselves how they want to spend the night.

GGuest UserThe hotel is super located: walking to the Park Sanssouci, to the DB train station and to the bus stop. The rooms are well equipped and clean. Breakfast for 14 euros is rich.
The parking is short (deep garage and parking places before and behind the house; cost 8 Euro per night). Then there is also a shortage of room at breakfast if the majority wants to breakfast at 9 a.m. on Sunday. The service is effortful and friendly.

FFelixinHHThe service was good, the breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The location is in the center of Potsdam, near Berlin, not far from the A9 highway. Highly recommended; I would stay here again next time I'm in the area.
