3300340****非常喜歡的家庭旅館！就在柏林近郊波茨坦，院子裏可以停車，房間特別乾淨温暖，早餐十分美味，有很多水果可以選擇。
特別喜歡她家的大狗狗，週日晚上我們到的時候它在家門口等着，一見面就超開心！

LLucien P. FantkeFantastic location. Friendly service. Good breakfast. But: internet super slow if working at all. No flexibility in bike rental. Staff tried to be helpful but wasn’t very knowledgeable in certain areas. Free welcome apples were a nice touch. Room itself could have been cleaner. Broken outside window. Tv not properly working due to internet issues. Water wasn’t refilled. Had to ask for refill during our 3 day stay (even we booked the luxury suite) especially on a Sunday when all shops are closed that isn’t very cool. Staff was very friendly about it but I would prefer service that doesn’t wait for me to ask for things.

Ruhige, idyllische Lage, perfekt zum Abschalten. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Seeblick. WLAN etwas schwach, aber sonst alles top. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, Restaurant sehr lecker. Die Terrasse und der separate Steg am See sorgen für eine besondere Atmosphäre.
Der Service war herzlich und professionell. Besonderer Dank an Elita für ihre außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz.
Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

GGuest UserWir hatten das Zimmer 202 es war sehr schön und super eingerichtet soweit alles sauber leider war das WiFi sehr schlecht das schlafsofa wirklich nicht gut zum schlafen und im TV konnte man keine Sender gucken.

WWasssupDespite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna.
A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices.
The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, just opposite the Palace of Souci. It's a business hotel. It's very small, the bed is not good, there is no space for the suitcase once it goes in. The facilities are also average and relatively old, but the hotel is not cheap. I don't understand why it is so expensive. The waiter is a bit stupid. The hotel parking space is not allowed to enter, and you have to go to the front desk to report it. It's hard to talk to. But the breakfast is very good. The facilities are relatively old.
