很大的酒店，晚餐不錯，好吃不貴，四個人才不到100歐。桑拿和泳池非常好，雖然不大，體驗非常好。推薦！

Obsługa recepcji miła i pomocna. Pokój malutki, choć wzięliśmy większy pokój, nad łóżkiem mnóstwo pajęczyn, na ścianie widziałam kilka pająków. Czuje się wiek hotelu, choć położony jest doskonale, żeby być blisko centrum i atrakcji Poczdamu. Polecam część z basenem i saunami.

Schön ruhig gelegen am See. Zwar recht riesig, aber das merkte man selten. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Riesiger Wellnessbereich, der bei uns angenehm leer war. Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Seeblick (und leider Baustellenblick). Parken geht günstig für 0€ auf dem benachbarten P+R.

Das Personal im Hotel sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Restaurants - Zeppelin und Lemon Tree - wirken wie bessere MITROPA - Restaurants, also etwas ungemütlich. Das Angebot zum Frühstück ist keine ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️wert. Das Abendessen war sehr gut. Das Mittagsangebot war zu viel vegan. Mehr Fleisch im Angebot wäre viel schöner. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Wir waren 4 Tage zu Gast im Kongresshotel Potsdam und es war recht angenehm. Empfang war okay, aber auch nicht überwältigend. Parkhaus kostet 16€ pro Tag oder man parkt kostenlos auf dem Park& Ride Pirschheide ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Super Anbindung an den Nahverkehr um Potsdam, Berlin usw. zu erkunden. WLAN im gesamten Hotel kostenlos verfügbar. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß, mit einer Art Balkon, der aber keine Privatsphäre hat, da Zimmernachbarn davor langlaufen können und ins Zimmer schauen können. Betten sind bequem, wir hatten zu wenig Kissen, man hat aber ein Kissenmenü und kann andere Kissen nachfordern…fanden wir super. Bad recht klein aber funktional, sauber und gepflegt. Der zweite Satz Handtücher liegt im Kleiderschrank, hatten das erst am 2. Tag festgestellt, da könnte ein Hinweis hilfreich sein. Zum Frühstück bzw. Abendessen können wir nichts sagen, da wir nur Übernachtung gewählt hatten. Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Wenn man kein Saunatuch, Schlappen oder Bademantel hat, kann (muss) man 10€ pro Person dafür bezahlen, in einem 4* Haus normalerweise Service…und kostenlos. Im ganzen ist es schöner Aufenthalt gewesen, mit kleinen Schwächen, würden aber trotzdem hier nochmal Urlaub machen. Dankeschön 🙏🏼
