Room is different from what is stated here at Trip.com
We booked suite double room with Bath tub and minibar with balcony as is in the picture. We got a normal double room with no bath tub, no minibar, no balcony. Be careful.

The hotel is in a very nice location, perfect location not far from the train station, sights and the center right on the Havel.

Under Superior we had imagined something else. The internet photos look very different. I specifically requested a walk-in shower due to a leg disability. We were given a double room with a bath with an extremely high entry. Something broke out on the bathroom door and was left hanging. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially under the bed and there were still candy wrappers flying around.
We got a different room - also not exactly a superior double room. There was only one key (card access no longer works) Only on Mondays when the manager is there should there be a second key. Bathroom with shower OK. Only the hanging of the toilet paper holder was half out of the wall and hung on screws hanging out. We took a picture of this and showed it to reception so we couldn't be blamed. The bin hadn't been emptied once and the under bed hadn't been mopped.
We have stayed at this hotel a few years ago. It has turned out to be very negative compared to back then. The value for money is not right here.
The location is of course very good and on the first evening we had a very nice helpful receptionist who tried very hard.
It would be nice if things turned positive again.

Ich habe selten ein solch schmuddeliges Zimmer gehabt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im historischen Teil des Hotels. Die Teppiche sind schmutzig und ausgetreten. Die Deckenbeleuchtung funktioniert nicht. Im Bad gibt es nur eine bodenebene Dusche mit einem Duschvorhang, den man nicht vollständig schließen kann. Nach dem Duschen steht das halbe Badezimmer 2 cm hoch unter Wasser! Die Heizung/Lüftung im Zimmer braucht ewig um das Zimmer auf eine annehmbare Temperatur zu bringen. Hätte ich Gitter vor den Fenstern, würde mich dieses Zimmer doch sehr an eine Gefängniszelle erinnern. Am liebsten würde ich gar nichts bezahlen. Das Frühstück war ok.

Unfassbar, dass es noch so etwas gibt. Teppichböden in den Fluren fleckig und verdreckt. So setzt sich das im Zimmer fort. Vollkommen verdreckt und abgewetzt. Im Bad geht es weiter. Schwarzschimmel in der Duschen und eine Dusche mit Duschvorhang. Dass es so etwas überhaupt noch gibt! Die Gitter auf dem Balkon voller Kippen. Nach der Beschwerde an der Rezeption bekomme ich die Antwort: "Ja, dass wir mit den größeren Zimmer Probleme haben, wissen wir. Zwei haben wir schon geschlossen." Hinzu kommt dann ein kleiner Fernseher mit max. 5 Programmen. Wir sind dann ausgezogen.
