Great location and great people. For the price it is very good.
Points of criticism:
- If you have the upper bed, you don't have a socket on the bed. You may be lucky that there is an extension cable
- there are no curtains on the beds. So zero privacy

There’s a crazy woman live in the hostel . She talks to herself . She def have mental issues , Worst stay experiences ever . I didn’t feel safe live there

Would only recommend staying here if you really need somewhere to stay for a night...I arrived quite late due to a delayed flight to Sydney but it was still loud downstairs. Then there was no bedding in my room so I had to sleep with no bedding. The shower cubicles also smelt in the morning and weren't very clean. I also didn't see a single member of staff there during my stay. Overall not a very positive experience.

There was a Japanese person named Aya who came in and served us very politely. It's a bit clean because a lot of people come and go, but the cleanliness was kept to a minimum and I was able to spend a comfortable time there. I think it's all thanks to the staff that the manners of the guests were respected and the stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, just 30 minutes walk from town hall! A 24-hour grocery shop called Coles was also within a 10-minute walk, which was very convenient! ! If you are used to hostel life, I think you will be able to spend your time very comfortably and without any problems.
