"Location a bit off the CBD area but still walkable within 5 mins from King Cross station. Rooms were small but functional but noise level can be improved. A large family group was also assigned to the same floor and boy were they noisy (talking loudly in the hallway and slamming the door constantly) even after 10pm. I wish to the management could educate or enforce some noise control, especially after 10pm where other guests are trying to rest."

"The location of this place was nice, very accessible to the city center and buses. However, the hotel is very old and rundown. There were stains on the bed and the kettle in our room had burn marks and maggots on the inside. But when we brought down the kettle to reception, they were very nice and gave us a new kettle right away. Overall, the place was in a good location, however it was very old and not the cleanest."

"ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IN EVERY WAY! Our experience here has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was a complete disaster. The room reeked of stale cigarettes, creating an unbearable atmosphere. The bed was as hard as a rock, making it impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the walls are so thin you can hear every single noise from the neighboring rooms. As for parking? It’s practically non-existent, adding even more frustration to an already disappointing stay."

"Our room was facing the subway entrance so it got noisy at times. The room was ok, but there was a strange incident. In our private room a man opened the door and walked in in the middle of the night, said he went to the wrong room and then left. I checked with the receptionist in the morning later only to find that there was no sign of the man entering and leaving the room on the cctv. The other key is a master key that staff has. When discussing the incident the receptionist suggested some features of the stranger, and they actually matched. They suspected it was one of the staff members. It was very strange and ultimately left to us checking out early. Be weary"
