高級ホテルの様にピカピカではありませんが、キチンと手入れされていました。
ベッドのマットレスは硬めだと思います。
私はベッドは硬めが好みなので、寝心地良かったです。
シャワーの水圧は強めだと思います。
シャワーホースはなく、壁に固定されたパイプの角度でシャワーの角度が調整できますので、ある程度好みの状態を作る事ができます。
冷蔵庫は小型ですが、しっかり冷えました。
一晩入れておいたら買い置きのミルクが半分凍っていました（笑）
電源は冷蔵庫棚の上に二口。
気候的にエアコン不要でしたので、効き具合は不明です。
建物そのものが古いので、好き嫌いはあると思います。
シドニーの中では、少し治安が悪いと言われるkings cross駅から海側に向かう通り沿いにあるホテルですが、一週間滞在中、危険を感じる出来事はありませんでした。
チェックインはしてくれた女性スタッフが、ゆっくり話してくれたので、英語の聞き取りが苦手な私でも、キチンとコミュニケーションが取れました。嬉しかったです。
私が泊まった部屋からはケルティー湾が見えたので、朝焼けが最高に美しかったです。

Old, smelly and musty. This hotel needs renovation abd upgrading. It us too exoensive for what tou get. Staff are nice though.
