Before the trip, have contacted the hotel to confirm if there is free toiletries provides. The replies is YES. Unfortunately, there is no shampoo and sipper etc… included. This is very inconvenient.

Highly recommended for visits to Fourway sports games. Breakfast was great, and the staff are super friendly. If you want to swim, you can get a towel from the front desk. The nearby restaurants are also delicious. Close to San Diego Beach.

So far this place has been great! Good solid breakfast, coffee all day and night with a little snack bar area. Breakfast bar is complimentary and hotel staff is nice and accommodating! The room was clean and has fridge and microwave with counter area. Nice eatery and working bench in the middle with tv and sink/counter outside the bathroom which makes it nice too.

Second time staying here - still highly recommend. The staff is exceptionally friendly and service-oriented. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Had a third floor room (room 323 - two Q beds and a sleeper sofa) with a view of the pool and jacuzzi directly below. Noise was no issue. Tasty breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, etc.). They even had a conference-type room set up for free movie night - movies, games and popcorn.

The Hampton Inn Poway is always my "GOTO" Hotel when traveling to San Diego on business. They are located in a great area away from all the Hussle and bustle of the city and is always clean and polite hotel crew. I will always stay at this hotel and always have a great experience staying here.

A decent hotel, friendly staff and clean room. The buffet breakfast was satisfying. On the downside the air conditioner was very loud to the point I turned it off and deplored the $10 parking fee, another unnecessary fee to their customers.

Front desk staff were very nice. Check-in and check-out was pretty painless. Upon entering the room, there was a musty smell. We opened the window to air it out. Comforters had stains or marks, bath towels were flat out disgusting. VERY questionable stains on them. My husband brought it to the front desk to show them, and even they were shocked. Dusty furniture. Luckily we keep wipes on hand and just wiped everything down. Toilet paper holder was loose and would stay upright. Roll kept falling off so we kept it on the counter instead. Glad we were only there for 2 nights. And since we hung out with our family most of the day, we didn't need to be in the room for too long. FYI, we've stayed here in the past and it was fine but we won't be staying here again.

10 dollar parking fee. Resturaunts close at 3 pm. Felt like I was treated as 2nd rate customer. Nothing fun to do nearby. Thin was will keep you up at night. Breakfast better than normal. Would not recommend looking at LA Quinta next time.

The front desk lady refused to give us a water for our elderly family member , it was already 100 degrees outside . She said it’s for only Silver members, even after we told her my wife works as a sales manager for the Hampton inn!

I was having a terrible, no good, very bad week. I walked into this hotel after a work shift desperate for a room. I bumped into Monica Keller, and boy did I get lucky with that. Monica soon set me up with a room and so.e advice for navigating the area and getting the most out of my time there. As far as I'm concerned Monica turned a nightmare into something better than I could have hope. I went from having a list of problems to sleeping soundly and I am grateful for my time there. Any time I have family coming into town they will be staying here. My only regret is having taken months to write this review. Thank you again Monica for giving me a little respect and decency when it felt like the universe itself was conspiring against me. It meant so very much to me.

Filthy hotel. Floors dirty. Room had horrible pillows ( some kind of ground up foam ), sheets kept coming off (didn't fit the mattress), bed cover was itchy, bath fan was so loud, it sounded like a jet starting up, poor or no insulation in walls or between floors, could hear every noise from adjoining rooms, the heat/air exchanger in the room was loud and blew ice cold air directly at me, the bathroom sink stunk, the complimentary coffee tasted horrible. This is just a bad place. Don't stay there.

This is a great little hidden gem. I booked a suit and the only difference I think was the couch but the room was nice. The only thing is I did not have a bathtub and that was a part of my main mommy getaway plan. Other than that. It was nice. Good value!

Bathtubs are available in all of our room with 2 queen size beds.
