It is also very dark during the day. I immediately went to the front desk and told me about the problem, to which they told me that an electrician would come and see what was wrong and fix it. The electrician came, flicked the switches, scratched the back of his head, and went off somewhere with the words: I’ll be right back. Came. He said that I needed to go to the front desk and talk to the person who checks in clients. I came, they agreed that I would spend the night in that room, and in the morning they would change my room, because it was 2 o’clock in the morning, there was no room. And in the morning the room will be free and we will put you there. But sorry! I didn't book the room at the last minute! What's the matter? In general, 300 euros were paid for 6 nights. Why this attitude? With such success, I could have rented a room in a hostel and would have paid cheaper and there would have been no complaints. In short, I spent the night in the room, and in the morning I went to the reception desk, where other people were already working. I was surprised why they themselves did not take an interest in my problem, but I have to go and demand something for my money, the amount of which is not small for me. In theory, the night shift should have told the day shift that the client had a problem and needed help solving it. But this was not the case. I asked again for an electrician to be sent to me. The guy called him and told me that the electrician would be there within 40 minutes. Yeah! No matter how it is! No one came! I ignored all this and went for a walk. After a while I come back, nothing has changed in the room. You can just see that the cleaning lady came, cleaned and that’s it. Went to the front desk again. He said they didn't do anything to me. I called the electrician, then we went with the guy to whom I addressed the problem in the morning with the problem, the two of us went to the electrician ourselves, but didn’t get through to him. And now attention! ONLY THEN THEY DELIBERATED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER!!! And the one that matched the description. I think this is unacceptable, what happened to me, and they should have changed my number immediately!!! And it’s not me who demands something for the money paid. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel itself, but about those who work at the reception.... The staff there is still the same! So be careful if you choose this hotel to stay.
