We had a very good stay. The downsides were: - curtains not blackout so as soon as the sun rises, it wakes you up. - The breakfast is varied but the room is very very noisy Otherwise, we recommend it because: - Close to public transport. - Friendly staff. - Spacious, clean and comfortable room.

The hotel has complete hardware facilities, Spa, swimming pool, badminton court..! And a bar! Rich and varied breakfast, The multi-line tram is right in front of the hotel. Travel is very convenient! Recommended!

The hotel is good, the traffic is very convenient, and the tram and bus stops are at the gate. The breakfast is barely edible, and the staff cleaning and check-in are also very quick. It's just that the Wi-Fi is really bad, the computer is okay but the mobile phone is basically unusable.

Hotel well situated and with affordable prices for the good quality provided. Public transport is right next to the hotel, allowing mobility throughout the city. I liked the hotel restaurant despite it closing early. Given the size of the hotel, there were a lot of people at breakfast. All that was missing was the hotel terrace being open and being able to have breakfast outside.

Tram practically under the hotel. The area is a few kilometers from the old city but can be reached in a few minutes by tram or various taxi services. Check in very fast. Breakfast not of the highest quality, but being abroad it is understandable.

Hi all! I want to share an unpleasant situation that happened to me when checking into the Congress & Wellness Hotel Olsanka, and also warn you. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was placed in a room that did not AT ALL match the description on Booking. From the word AT ALL! That room has a long corridor and a room with very narrow windows. In the corridor, out of two lamps, only one was burning, and in the room, out of four, there was also only one. To be honest, I thought that they put me in some kind of basement. It is also very dark during the day. I immediately went to the front desk and told me about the problem, to which they told me that an electrician would come and see what was wrong and fix it. The electrician came, flicked the switches, scratched the back of his head, and went off somewhere with the words: I’ll be right back. Came. He said that I needed to go to the front desk and talk to the person who checks in clients. I came, they agreed that I would spend the night in that room, and in the morning they would change my room, because it was 2 o’clock in the morning, there was no room. And in the morning the room will be free and we will put you there. But sorry! I didn't book the room at the last minute! What's the matter? In general, 300 euros were paid for 6 nights. Why this attitude? With such success, I could have rented a room in a hostel and would have paid cheaper and there would have been no complaints. In short, I spent the night in the room, and in the morning I went to the reception desk, where other people were already working. I was surprised why they themselves did not take an interest in my problem, but I have to go and demand something for my money, the amount of which is not small for me. In theory, the night shift should have told the day shift that the client had a problem and needed help solving it. But this was not the case. I asked again for an electrician to be sent to me. The guy called him and told me that the electrician would be there within 40 minutes. Yeah! No matter how it is! No one came! I ignored all this and went for a walk. After a while I come back, nothing has changed in the room. You can just see that the cleaning lady came, cleaned and that’s it. Went to the front desk again. He said they didn't do anything to me. I called the electrician, then we went with the guy to whom I addressed the problem in the morning with the problem, the two of us went to the electrician ourselves, but didn’t get through to him. And now attention! ONLY THEN THEY DELIBERATED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER NUMBER!!! And the one that matched the description. I think this is unacceptable, what happened to me, and they should have changed my number immediately!!! And it’s not me who demands something for the money paid. I can’t say anything bad about the hotel itself, but about those who work at the reception.... The staff there is still the same! So be careful if you choose this hotel to stay. A large hotel complex with sports center in the heights of Zizkov. Convenient tram stop right outside the hotel, taking you to the city center in just a few minutes. In terms of accommodation, a very large room with a rather unusual furniture configuration, cheap and rather old-fashioned furniture, windows that don't close well and therefore a slight feeling of cold all the time in the room, not great in the winter season. Soundproofing not great either. Despite a low price for the room and its "functional" side which helps, I won't stay there again.
