Still not received a refund for a booking made during COVID even though I have made several communications with the hotel via the telephone. Tried to arrange this through *********** who just tell me to contact the hotel direct but they just fob you off and tell you someone will call you back. Three years later.. no refund

Ho letto delle recensioni recenti che dicono che la piscina è vuota e l’idromassaggio sporco, ho prenotato più di tre mesi fa e queste recensioni non c’erano. Sul sito è poco descritta la parte della piscina senza giorni o orari. Ho scelto questo hotel soprattutto per la piscina dato che andremo durante l’estate. Quindi ho scritto un’email all’hotel per chiedere se davvero fossero queste le condizioni di piscina e idromassaggio. Penso si siano offesi, quando io ho solo fatto una domanda “quando soggiorneremo nel vostro hotel la piscina sarà vuota e l’idromassaggio sporco o verranno sistemati?” Purtroppo dire la verità al giorno d’oggi non è ben accetto. Detto ciò mi hanno annullato loro la prenotazione senza neanche rispondere alla mia email. Io capisco la mia domanda particolare, ma dico anche che un hotel così non possa avere un sito che non informa i clienti sugli orari della piscina per farli arrivare la e scoprire che è solo per uso invernale…. Detto ciò avevo già pensato di prenotare altro, quindi meglio non averci avuto a che fare.

It was very hot when we went to Prag, so it was important for os with swimmingpool. When we arrived we didn’t see a swimmingpool. Only a small hot tub. There was a bigger one, but is was not working. The breakfast was like on a budget hotel. The hotel needs maintenance. It was really not at a 4 stars level.

Pro: Breakfast was fine, rooms and bed comfortable, Ambiente nice, not too much noise at night in the neighbourhood. Con: Wi-Fi doesn’t work in the attic floor, spa trea**ents cost extra money. Worst of all, when checking in, receptionist didn’t tell us (two girls, age 21) that we would need a special card to enter the hotel at night. So we went out one night to party (which in our age in Prague is not uncommon) and came back at 2.30am. The hotel front door was closed and we couldn’t get back in. When calling an „emergency number“ no one answered. When calling the second „emergency number“ we were told that they don’t feel responsible to help and if we couldn’t get in we should just try and knock or go to another hotel for that night. Remind you, it was early march and it was freezing outside. We stood there for at least 30 minutes before I eventually realised through coincidence that the sliding door from the hotel Terrasse wasn’t locked. So we literally were left out in the freezing weather and no one cared. Don’t know if you really want to visit such a hotel.

We(couple) stayed at the Hotel 3 nights.We liked it, it was clean, breakfast was great, staff friendly, but we were quite disappointed by the wellness services they provided.We made use of the jacuzzi which was quite ok, but as it was January, we would have expected to be hot and not just warm(water), secondly we decided to try their herbal baths, which costed 450CZK but were disappointed by their effect, the herbals were just a pack with “herbals” and lots of shower low quality foam. I would not take those services another time.Overall it was great.

Wir waren 4 Tage in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein. Dennoch haben wir die Sauna und die Möglichkeit einen Massage genutzt. Das war natürlich super angenehm. Leider war während unseres Aufenthalts der Whirlpool defekt. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so abwechslungsreich aber auf jeden Fall ausreichend. Alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für ein verlängertes Wochenende würden wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Really nice and welcoming room, to be recommended to everyone, a real pity that there was not the same bathroom as the two-room apar**ent. Breakfast service was also good, one day i will try the spa service there.

Me and my two best friends visited this hotel for 3 nights…from the min we walked in we felt very welcomed,the hotel Itself it’s wonderful, the location is great if you don’t mind walking or taking tram to the center,the jacuzzi didn’t work as they explained the problem they had before they offered us two trea**ents from the rest of the facilities, the room service has been fantastic,and the reception team is been wonderful so helpful with any questions we had… even when we asked to leave our luggage until the evening as our flight was late they said was no problem! The breakfast is buffet but every day they add something different too, everything fresh and to high standards! Reception team definitely the best! Well done! They are amazing thank You again! We stayed for 4 days and it was rly nice. Our room was at the 2nd floor, in the attic, and it was very cozy. Would recomand the top rooms. The breakfast was rly rly good. Only problem was the internet connection that did not exist at our top floor.
