I booked for four nights, and I had to fly to Paris for something unexpected. I canceled two nights in advance. No matter how I coordinated, the hotel refused to give me a refund and just blackmailed me for a room fee of 8,000 yuan. It is very inhumane and kind! This feels very bad! Will never come again! There were hairs everywhere in the bathroom. The price of the room, which cost more than 3,800 yuan per night, was very inconsistent with the price. It was average and not big. It was really a bummer!

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my husbands birthday and as it seemed to be in a good location and within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions
Definitely chose the right one, hotel itself was lovely and our suite with a large balcony was fantastic, and very big
Prague is a beautiful city and staying here & being so close to everything was a bonus as we walked to everything.

This Hotel offers everything one can expect. It's location is perfect at the entrance of the old town. The staff are all very hospitable and attentive. Our executive room was comfortable, large, very neat and retained the ambiance of the Hotel. The food is exquisite and the service is excellent. The garden seating for breakfast is unique with a piano player and peacocks frolicking and making sounds.

Let me begin by saying that the staff try to be ever so helpful and I would give them 5 stars. My two gripes, which is why the hotel loses two stars, are as follows. 1) it’s a warm evening and the air conditioning doesn’t work. We were offered a fan but instead chose to open the windows and suffer the noise of the traffic outside. Its 01.30 and our room is hot and we are still unable to sleep, 2) Our room, which is very nice, is spoilt by the fact that our bed and main bathroom is up a flight of stairs. More elderly patrons might find accessing these stairs problematical as they are it somewhat small to the foot. It wasn’t something we were asked about when booking through the hotel website, not that I can remember anyway. The food is good and it’s lovely sitting in the garden having a nightcap before bed. But if your room is too hot to sleep in it detracts away from all the good. I would say the hotel looks very smart and is ideally situated.
