The rooms and facilities are outdated. Especially in summer when it is hot during the day, the room has no air conditioning or ventilation facilities, and the temperature in the room is too high to allow for normal rest.

It's really great for traveling in Prague. There's a river near the hotel, so you can take a walk, and it's close to Andel Station, so you can go to restaurants, and the tram that takes you to the Old City is close by. I recommend it

Traffic is rather convenient especially you are traveling with RegioJet bus, the bus stop is walkable to the hotel, also metro is close.
Check-in way is a bit confusing, when I arrived there is nobody at the reception and said only certain time will have man in there, so I waited and waited because my SIM card cannot call local telephone. Luckily I saw there is a message saying can be reached out through WhatsApp, that really saved my life. should better inform guests in advance.
The most expensive hotel in my trip(from Budapest to Vienna to cesky krumlov), all are private bedrooms, but the price is doubled and without breakfast.

Such a close walk to everything you need yet tucked away in a beautiful quiet street. Couldn’t have a better stay, staff were lovely.

Normally I wouldn’t write a review before I finish my stay, but on this occasion I felt I had to. Like anyone else, I read up on the reviews before heading here, my heart sank. They were terrible. I was not looking forward to my trip at all. However, I arrived. The hotel the fine, the staff are friendly, right from reception to the cleaners in the morning. The room, although a bit out dated, is fine. The bathroom is huge, the room itself is a big size. The room and bathroom are clean, the hotel is clean. The hotel is quite secure with a door code required for entry at night. The check in process was smooth and easy. The reviews do not reflect the hotel, come and try for yourself.

Une véritable honte ! Tout d’abord les photos, alléchantes : tout est faux. Aucune belle chambre dans cet établissement, tout ressemble à un hôtel de passe. Aucun coin petit déjeuner, que vous êtes obligé d’aller prendre dans un autre hôtel à plus de 500 m. Une caution qui vous est demandé dès votre arrivée…..au cas oú on ne dégrade ce qui est déjà en très mauvais état. La chambre dont les rideaux n’ont pas dû voir de lavage depuis 1975….le matelas aussi épais que celui d’un clic clac, les stores qui pendouillent , plein de poussières…..la tv effectivement écran plat, de la taille d’un ipad première génération et un boîtier sensé recevoir les chaînes : une polonaise et une américaine…… tout est parfait. Et enfin de pauvres employés qui font de leur mieux pour ne pas récolter les foudres des clients mais c’est très compliqué de se contenir

Albergo da sconsigliare a tutti, sporco mi hanno sistemato in una soffitta col letto contro la parete un giorno senza acqua né calda né fredda letti sfondati, ho chiesto il cambio della camera non mi è stato concesso come fa ad avere 4 stelle per me Non vale neanche 1
