The furniture is old and smell of smoke all over, the breakfast team cannot handle the crowd and food is not that great. The room selection was change with kindness of the service team and upgraded but the bed and furniture is outdated. i would not rated at 5 star maybe 4 or 3 to be honest. the location is great and close by many places by taxi and mall is close by.

The room facilities are old. The room given is above the restaurant. It is too noisy and has an unpleasant temperature. The room we were given was a loft-like room on the fifth floor with windows that couldn't be opened. There was a urine smell in the corridor. It is not a five-star hotel at all.

The hotel is large, clean and has excellent service. The mornings are also quite standard and there is even live piano music.
