This was a great hotel with great staff. They went above and beyond and were all so friendly. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. I appreciated that we were able to drink any of the complimentary beverages (non-alcoholic!) from our mini bar and that they were replenished every day. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety. Book a balcony room if you can - it is worth it! The only thing I wished was different would be to adjust the temperature in the room - we found it very hot a couple of the nights.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Close to the river and Old Town. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Get the breakfast as it is really good and a great way to start your day. Nice bar/restaurant in the hotel as well. Lots of good well priced restaurants nearby. Room was well appointed with everything we needed. Smaller than most North American hotel rooms but a good size for Europe. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Really a modern and nice hotel in city centre
Room really clean and modern, provided so the all things (also slippers) , only a waste bin and a free water bottle was missing in the room
A Bar is available in the ground floor as well as a nice quiet library in the ground floor

Our stay was brilliant, we stayed in a room on the top floor which was very spacious. Unfortunately our shower overflowed as the drain was broken which caused our room to flood into the hallway, the hotel were really quick to fix this and gave us a drinks voucher to apologise
