Hotel was lovely . Breakfast was nice . Most of the staff were friendly enough , asked a waiting staff for a spoon so I could get some scrambled eggs , which her reply was “yes that’s scrambled eggs “ , had to ask her a few times before she went and got one .
Also booked this hotel as a Spa and Steam Room was advertised . My husband asked someone at the reception desk where it was to be told that that hotel didn’t have one and it was at another hotel which was about 5 minutes walk away. When my husband looked up the hotel it was permanently closed .
Getting into the centre was good as there is a really good Tram service which stops outside the hotel .

A hotel in a safe and quiet corner of Prague. Despite the distance from the city center, the surroundings are not bad (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, everything nearby)
Beautiful park directly opposite. Staff is nice.

Stayed here while on a business trip, satisfied with all the amenities the hotel offers. Attentive helpful staff. The food was delicious, both buffet and a la carte, again - many thanks to the chef! Would definitely recommend, not only for business but for leisure trips as well.

Hi, we had been in Prague a few times but never had such wonderful stay like in this hotel!!!Comfortable rooms, pleasure service, good location! I really recommend it and also we both an interesting guide tour. Hope come to Prague again!!!!

Everything was good just like my last time here :) Cozy room with outstanding view! As for cleanliness, everything was flawless, there is nothing to complain about. Breakfast is still rich and varied with endless options. I love it here, feels like home 💕

Een erg net en schoon hotel, de kamer is modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook ligt het tegenover de tramhalte waarmee je binnen een kwartier in het centrum bent. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is top. We zijn goed geholpen daar de receptie bij vragen en tips vooral door Lenka & Jan. Waarvoor dank!

It’s terrible There is a smell of urine in the corridor in the room and bath room. We ask of room service to clean restroom but they don’t. The hotel don’t have good service. They don’t have tea maker and slipper. It’s old hotel and service isn’t good

Regarding the hotel it is correct in terms of quality price perfect breakfast but you have to be careful about the level of the restaurant if you want to have a drink especially wine, they only serve 2 wines by the glass and yet they serve you one wine which is not by the glass and they take advantage of it on the bill...it's not very honest
