서비스도 좋았고. 친절해서 기분 좋았어요. 방도 깨끗했으나 세면대 배수가 잘 안되서 불편했어요. 트램정류장 버스정류장이 가까이에 있어서 편했고, 슈퍼도 가까워요. 조식도 맛있었어요.

每次來捷克都住這裏，離市中心有段距離，早餐自助有三文魚，很豐盛。大門左轉街上銀行旁邊有超市。這邊大床都是雙單人拼的

房間比較乾淨就是設計很讓人不解，床頭沒有插頭，但是交通比較方便，不過感覺不能算上四星頂多是個經濟型酒店

One of our most hospitable experiences during our trip was at this hotel. Exceptional customer service including front desk, dining, and room service. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options. We were a group of ten women on a reunion holiday and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. Would definitely go back. Thanks to the staff for your wonderful service!

We loved this place - very nice rooms, very kind and helpful staff, great breakfast - both variety and quality of food. This hotel is also very convenient for transit - easy tram ride from the train station and convenient to get around the city.

This hotel was booked for our 3 night stay based on reviews and we weren't disappointed. The hotel is run by lovely, friendly staff and is perfectly suituated for seeing the sights of Prague with a stroll along the banks of the river a 5 -10 min walk away. We had the balcony suite, which was clean, spacious and lovely to sit out and watch the world go by. Come breakfast time, there is a plentiful varied selection, all of which are very well presented (loved the eggs each morning with drawn on faces!) We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel and we look forward to visiting again in the future - Kind regards to all the staff there.

What a lovely hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. We had a double superior room with balcony and it was clean, bright and well equipped. The view was great and due to the double doors there was no noise from the street overnight. The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice and everything was replenished quickly and was really tasty. The hotel is situated in the new town, which is a great location, easy to get to the busier areas but out of the way and relaxed also. We will definately be returning!

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme et agréable à quelques pas des transports et à seulement 20 minutes à pieds du centre ville. Le personnel est très serviable et le petit-déjeuner très fourni et délicieux. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. La literie est un peu souple mais cela dépend des habitudes de chacun.
