Because the first hotel I booked through Ctrip cancelled the order, Ctrip arranged for me to stay at this hotel and promised to make up the price difference. However, when I arrived at the hotel, they deducted 18,000 Czech francs, and when I left, they deducted more than 11,000 Czech francs. Is the hotel crazy? They deducted three times the amount. I have seen similar situations in previous reviews. This hotel is a scam and is strongly not recommended.

This is the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. The basin in the room was clogged and there were a lot of short hair in it. It took the hotel two days to fix it. The bed sheets had holes. They often didn't answer the phone the day before yesterday, and the efficiency of handling problems was extremely low. It was ridiculous to charge a deposit of 2,000 Czech crowns per day for accommodation and 6,000 for three days. Anyway, I will never stay at this hotel again. The service is really bad.
