After the problem was solved by not having double bed, only two single beds, everything was fine, the hotel is nice, in excellent location

The location of the hotel is very good. The old town is very close to Prague Square and major attractions. I can accept the small room, the small bed, and outdated and damaged facilities. I can understand this, but I can't praise the hygiene. Poor, there are small flying insects flying around in the room

Very good hotel in excellent position, great for any public transportation link and river boats. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice staff - only one weak point, WiFi not working in my case but in general positive experience. Several restaurants in the neighborhood

The person on reception was rude! The luggage room was not locked which was concerning. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to open a window as the room was very warm when we arrived. Breakfast selection was good. Good location for the old town and the Christmas markets. It is an older hotel and some aspects are looking that way.

Very good four-star hotel in the center of Prague. The breakfasts, although not very complete, do their job. The hotel staff (reception, rooms and restaurant) have been very professional and friendly. We had a problem with a bed and it was fixed within 10 minutes. I recommend it on your visit to Prague.

Location is excellent. Rooms are nice, but not very spacious. Beds are fine. Cleaning is fine. Here and there some painting is required. Noise from the corridor area is a problem. If you get a room with a connecting door to another room, soundproofing is not acceptable. Personnel is friendly and helpful. No issues at check-in or check-out. Buffet breakfast is standard and not so exciting. A larger and cozy bar would be nice.
