After the problem was solved by not having double bed, only two single beds, everything was fine, the hotel is nice, in excellent location

酒店位置是很好，老城，距離布拉格廣場.以及各大景點都很近，房間小我也能接受，床很小，設施陳舊損壞，這些我都可以理解，但是衞生我不敢恭維，衞生差，房間還有小飛蟲飛來飛去

We had a booking here at the end of a walking holiday in Bohemia. Ideally situated to explore Prague. Very good and helpful start, professional. Keep luggage before and after the official stay as part of service. Good beds, nice power shower. Adequate room size with a refrigerator. Air conditioning was a plus due to the heat. Good breakfast spread.

Very good hotel in excellent position, great for any public transportation link and river boats. Clean rooms, good breakfast, nice staff - only one weak point, WiFi not working in my case but in general positive experience. Several restaurants in the neighborhood

The person on reception was rude! The luggage room was not locked which was concerning. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to open a window as the room was very warm when we arrived. Breakfast selection was good. Good location for the old town and the Chris**as markets. It is an older hotel and some aspects are looking that way.

Muy buen hotel de cuatro estrellas en el centro de Praga. Los desayunos, aunque no son muy completos, cumpñen con su función. El personal del hotel (recepción, habitaciones y restaurante) han sido muy profesionales y amables. Tuvimos un problema con una cama y nos lo solucionaron en 10 minutos. Lo recomiendo en su visita a Praga.

Location is excellent. Rooms are nice, but not very spacious. Beds are fine. Cleaning is fine. Here and there some painting is required. Noise from the corridor area is a problem. If you get a room with a connecting door to another room, soundproofing is not acceptable. Personnel is friendly and helpful. No issues at check-in or check-out. Buffet breakfast is standard and not so exciting. A larger and cozy bar would be nice.
