房間很小，設施一般。服務較差：1、入住後，除了第一天有茶袋外，後面三天沒有續。2、前台有一位女士態度較差。問去機場的公共交通，説坐地鐵，然後中轉公共汽車。因為該女士語速較快，請她寫下轉車車站名。拒絕寫。3、請前台訂的出租車，出租車司機亂收費，而且拒絕找零200捷克克朗。體驗感很差。4、房間裏的冰箱夜間噪音很大。
