I stayed for two days with my family. It was very good location. We can reach the downtown by walk within 5 min.

Good hotel

The location is near the old town, so it is close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, but it was a bit dusty. Since it is a Hilton family, the service is good. It was a bit annoying to have all the amenities on demand. These days, it seems like all hotels are setting up on-demand amenities, so I have no choice but to hurry. Recommended for the price

Hilton Prague Old Town is located in the Old Town of Prague. It has a strategic location and is convenient to go anywhere. However, the guest experience this time was not good. Changed hotel

Location 100 points. Service 100 points. Breakfast 100 points. Facilities soso. If you really go to Prague, you have to go to Hilton Old Town. (Just Hilton Prague is really against it) Go to the Marriott in front of it. Please do me a favor. These two places are just the best. If you spend a little more money, go to Prague Andaz. If you spend more there, it's Four Seasons. But if you want to get the best satisfaction at a reasonable price, Definitely Hilton Old Town. The location is truly ecstatic and satisfying. You'll find out when you go haha.

Clean and hygienic, very convenient location, worth recommending

The location of the hotel is very good. The rooms are clean and tidy. There is a large supermarket nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. I will choose it next time

Unfriendliness is capitalized here. Our toilet was full of urine upon arrival. Response from the hotel: "Technical problem"! Are you crazy!!! The facility is from the 80s or even older and completely run down. Small rooms and there is a musty smell throughout the hotel. For us never again Hilton!!! The Marriott Hotel is directly opposite. Modern, clean and for the same price.

Absolutely worst here. A place where the extra charge was doubled for two extra children aged 6 and 8. I checked in at 6 and checked out at 10, but when I checked out, I got an extra charge for having a child. The principle may be the case, but this is the first hotel that has been charged extra for having children while traveling.

It was the best choice for accommodation in Europe itinerary. The lobby is small, but the room feels like a Hilton, and the value for money is good. The friendly lounge bar staff and the staff who only served tea even though they didn't request breakfast were friendly and memorable. The location is a bit far from Charles Bridge (it's difficult to walk to Prague Castle from the Old Town anyway). There are train stations, Palladium department stores, currency exchange offices, restaurants, and Korean marts that can go to other parts of the Czech Republic. So I don't think it will be a big problem.

Extremely welcoming and helpful staffs. Room was very clean with very pleasant oblutions available in the bathroom. Quiet room.
