前台服務人員非常熱心，介紹景點、交通，另可以幫忙預約到機場的計程車。
因下雪，房間中央空調無法再升溫，經反應太冷，能立即另外提供暖氣機，讓房間立刻溫暖，倍感溫馨。
建議早餐能夠提前到 07:00 方便搭早班機旅客用餐。

It was a nice stay there. Good location, pretty much everywhere is in walking distance. Good service. Clean. One thing that was a little bit problem was that the hot water stopped in the second night during the second shower. The hot water came back in the next morning. Forgot to ask why before we left.

酒店位置很好，到查理大橋和老城廣場都可以步行，附近餐館和咖啡館也很多。從機場過來打車費用大概300多人民幣。
