Seven Wishes Boutique Residence

We made a mistake on the dates of our reservation and despite our willingness to re-book and pay again so that the whole family can be together for Christmas, the team of Seven Wishes made that thoroughly impossible. We settled on a 16% discount (the commission they'd pay for the reservation platform, may you) if we book directly. However, upon confirming, we received another response, all of a sudden asking for 2x the initial booking price. Explanation for the sharp increase was 'peak season', but this made no sense as the property was now compare 2-3x higher than the surrounding market? We thought this could be due to the 'Boutique' element of this 'Residence'; but upon our stay, that was only notably visible on the front door. From the outside. Bonus 1: On the day of arrival, we were requested to pay city tax in cash, in an envelop and to be submitted to reception within 24 hours. This was not something we expected from a premium place, when our friend and family, now in other properties, did not have to pay that? Despite the comparatively high price, it appears that Seven Wishes refuses to cover that for their clients. Bonus 2: reflecting everything above in our review, resulted in Seven Wishes emailing us an offer of €50 refund to remove it. Refund or re-scheduling for the booking for the rest of our family; however, was not considered.

Spacious and nice place for us. We went with our kids and had a great time. Apartment has everything you need and it is near of metro, restaurants and groceries. Recommended.

My family and I came from Australia and visited Prague the apartment was very clean and we loved it. If only it was a little more spacious that would've been 10 out of 10 we were a little in each others way inside the apartment little small but had everything but no oven just a stove and microwave. My opinion if you take out the dishwasher and put an oven in it that would be perfect. You only need a dishwasher if you live there permanently not when your on holidays oven is much better option. We will visit again next year and hopefully there will be an oven there instead of the dishwasher

Great apartment with self check in and very well organized spaces

Very nice apartment close to tram and metro as well as supermarkets. They provided us with a crib and the building has an elevator so it was perfect for our family.

Excellent location close to many restaurants and cafes. Clean and comfortable apartment with all the necessities. I was especially happy with the updated bathroom.

Really nicely remodeled and location is next to a police station so it’s really quiet. Kitchen is well equipped with kettle, coffee machine, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher. Very clean and toiletries (soap and shampoo) were provided in the bathroom. Came here on someone’s recommendation and I‘d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague.

The place was very nice and clean, it was a studio room with kitchen and a dinning room area. It was quite spacious (for 3 people). There was also a couch which I suppose could be used as an extra bed. Bathroom was nice and big, clean with complimentary toiletries. Kitchen was fully equipped with toaster, coffee machine, microwave etc. We had some problems with the online check-in, you need a code to enter the building which we didn't get by own our fault to be honest but when we came there, we couldn't reach anyone on the telephone for a solid 15 minutes. After the receptionist came it was solved quite quickly but it was kinda stressful. It was also quite close to an underground station (Florenc) approx. 8 minutes walk
