Location is great, easy to get to downtown area and away from the noisy area, it’s the best of both. Despite some minor issues with the room, it got resolved quickly and professionally. Staff is very friendly, especially the manager David who has gone extra miles to help us during our stay. Bed is very comfortable, shower has good pressure. Breakfast is great, lots of choices, we only had dinner there one night and it was really good. We like Prague a lot and will definitely return to stay in this hotel.

Great hotel, clean and modern. Reception was helpful, and the General Manager was great in fixing a small error that occurred. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection and always topped up. I had a nice view over a courtyard area. Although slightly out of the city center, for me I didn’t mind the river walk. Central to trams.

New structure, clean and quiet room, large bathroom with shower. Nice gym on the 6th floor. and excellent breakfast. We will definitely return.

Although it is a bit far from the main square, the room condition is good. It's 5 minutes away from the river, so you can see a beautiful view if you take a walk at sunset. It's nice to have a cocktail on a boat that is tied up side by side. Hotel parking must be reserved in advance. Convenient because it has a dedicated parking lot. You have to pay about 25 euros.
